Our Story
Born from a shared love of good wine and great conversation, Juice Wine Bar is the brainchild of Billie Blevins and Dr. Jason Zoglman. Tucked into the heart of Historic Springfield, we’re bringing cozy charm and global pours to the neighborhood—no passport required. Sip on curated wines, cheeky low-alcohol cocktails, and playful mocktails while grazing on custom charcuterie and light bites. Whether you’re lounging indoors with vintage flair or catching a breeze in our backyard garden, every corner is designed to feel like your new favorite hang.
